ABOUT THE ROLE:
Zeno Chicago is looking for an ambitious creator marketing specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both paid and earned influencer engagement, across tiers and segments of creators – from kids to parents, food to family, entertainment and comedy and beyond. The ideal candidate will have direct experience identifying creator partners and managing relationships, including contract negotiations and ongoing communication about deliverables and content reviews, and evaluating results. This candidate should also be highly familiar with the ever-changing creator landscape and extremely detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships across multiple clients simultaneously and with ease - to ensure no detail is overlooked.
As an Account Executive, Creator (Influencer) you’ll be responsible for creator identification, evaluation and outreach/engagement, including leveraging proprietary tools to evaluate audiences, content quality and average content performance. This candidate will also lead contract negotiations and execution, helping work as a partner to creators to ensure concepts and content meets client expectations and authentically tells brand stories. The AE, Creator should be able to understand and synthesize performance data into actionable insights.
This candidate will execute creator work across social platforms, focusing primarily on Instagram and TikTok, but with the opportunity for additional work on Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest and LinkedIn. Zeno Group’s relationship-first approach to creator marketing is high-touch, meaning we need a candidate who is both creative and highly a good communicator. This role will have the opportunity to work with household name brands in a fast-paced environment, which means experience working on multiple projects simultaneously is a must.
$62,000 - $68,000 a year
Pay range: $62,000 to $68,000/year USD.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
