We are seeking an experienced and innovative Account Manager to join their fast-growing NYC-based team.
What you will be doing:
Leading the onboarding process for new bank and credit union customers, ensuring a seamless transition to the platform.
Conducting comprehensive product training sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize all platform features.
Overseeing joint marketing initiatives with customers, coordinating efforts between internal teams and client stakeholders.
Providing ongoing support to clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
Regularly monitoring customer usage to identify trends and proactively recommend ways to enhance platform utilization.
Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships as the primary point of contact.
Collaborating with the founding team and Institution Success team to devise strategies for increasing customer engagement.
Identifying upsell opportunities based on customer needs and strategic growth goals, and communicating them to the Sales team.
Gathering customer feedback to drive platform improvements and enhance the overall user experience.
What you will bring:
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in implementation, account management, or similar roles, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and work streams simultaneously.
Experience with data analysis tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of organization.
Comfort with data-driven marketing practices and flexibility in handling shifting priorities.
