Join Aon’s Risk Capital Analytics leadership team and play an important role in shaping the future of our insurance and reinsurance analytical platforms, enabling our brokers to engage with our clients and support them in meeting their goals. This role will be based in London or EMEA or APAC, with hybrid workstyle options.

What the day will look like.

  • You will have strong analytical experience of modelling in the Financial Lines insurance products particularly D&O insurance
  • You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining data-driven models and algorithms to determine D&O exposure for retail clients
  • You will build model outputs for D&O exposure in various regions – US, UK, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and will collaborate closely with technology team to constantly improvise and enhance outputs based on client and broking feedback
  • You will support in building Though Leadership articles and marketing campaigns

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • Industry experience of 5 years in insurance, especially in Financial Lines products including D&O is strongly preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, or a related field
  • Completion or pursuit of actuarial certifications
  • Strong knowledge of mathematical and statistical theory and techniques
  • Proficiency in using actuarial software, statistical analysis tools, and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SAS) is required
  • A strong sense of ethics and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
  • Demonstrated expertise in predictive modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Understanding of insurance operations, financial markets, and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
