Debt Advisory Group โ€“ Who are we?

The Debt Advisory business advises borrowers (listed and private businesses including private equity funds) throughout all stages of their fund-raising journey. We are independent of lenders, products, and markets, meaning we provide objective advice on the optimum funding solutions for our clients.

What do we do?

Companies raise debt finance for a broad range of reasons, from funding initiatives that fuel growth, refinancing existing debt, financing acquisitions, to navigating difficult economic climates and negotiating amendments and waivers. We support companies through this process, ensuring that their financing arrangements align with their strategic ambitions.

Typically, our process starts with a financing options appraisal before supporting companies through the entire fund-raising process, from initial engagement with the debt markets through to negotiation and documentation of the agreement. Our experience spans a broad range of products, including ABL, bank debt, private placement, unitranche, subordinated debt, and bonds.

Interpathโ€™s Debt Advisory team is expanding rapidly, with the goal of building a market-leading debt advisory business. As a result, we are looking to add driven and talented individuals to support our ambitious plans. Successful applicants will work across a broad range of sectors and debt products.
