Title: Associate II, Marketing Operations 

Location: Hybrid | Treehouse (30 W. Monroe, Chicago, IL)

The Associate II, Marketing Operations reports to the Manager, Marketing Operations and is responsible for the program and tools that enable field growth initiatives for CVS Healthspire. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a strong project manager who enjoys solving problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role will require significant partnership with agency vendors, cross-team collaboration within the Growth and Marketing teams and other corporate and clinical teams (e.g., Hard-to-Reach, At-Home clinical programs), partnership with operational field leaders, and regular communication with leadership.

Role Description & Responsibilities

The Associate II, Marketing Operations will report to the Company’s Manager, Marketing Operations. This individual will lead and coordinate an online field resource center, work closely with our web store vendor and production management team on field-based design projects, inventory management, reporting, and support hyper-local campaign needs. 

Specific duties include:

  • Manages the relationship between VBCS team and brand & collateral web store vendor as the lead liaison for pricing, product selection, and ongoing product updates

  • Owns product inventory and burn rates to maintain strong inventory levels and product selection at all times and identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Monitors program spend by VBCS team members and coordinates with VBCS leadership to ensure adequate budget and spend visibility is available for key program stakeholders.

  • Ensure key materials are updated with relevant content, keeping the collateral fresh and readily available for our teams

  • Project management and maintenance of records related to all products published on the store platform. Includes creation of SKU, Product Title, Description, file management hierarchy, and relevant product categorization and subject matter labels and identifiers

  • Works with key translation vendor to ensure print materials are translated into different languages based on program needs

  • Responds to employee support requests and provides guidance on best practices and appropriate use of each product

  • Coordinates with Manager, Marketing Operations and the IT, Data, and HRIS teams to troubleshoot and correct issues related to technology integrations

  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and innovative thinking. We are looking for people that have:

  • 2+ years of project management and/or graphic design experience

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) is required 

  • Agency management experience and/or web store management experience a plus

  • Project-minded and knows the ins-and-outs of keeping teams informed of progress

  • Process-driven

  • Data-driven - analyst experience a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

  • Experience in using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Basecamp, Workfront, etc.) is preferred but not required

  • Ability to plan and manage in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment while maintaining an adaptable approach as the organization continues to scale

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across the organization 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor
