The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven mid-level B2B marketer to join our dynamic team at All Response Media. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation campaigns that span content marketing, advertising, webinars, events, social media, and email. You will lead campaign execution in partnership with the broader team to generate leads, create demand, build pipeline, and grow revenue.
Working closely with a Board Director and the Chief Strategy Officer, you will define campaign timelines and key milestones, manage the overall demand generation budget, and own campaign performance. Analysing performance data to glean insights and make recommendations, you will optimise our entire demand and lead generation funnel to achieve specific revenue marketing goals.
Additionally, you will partner closely with business development teams to develop campaigns and align marketing activities and priorities. You will plan and execute paid media campaigns across advertising channels to build awareness and generate demand from our target audience.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and nurturing a small but passionate team. Your role will involve not only overseeing their daily activities but also supporting their professional growth and development. This role is perfect for a candidate looking to take the next step into management, wanting to have an influence on the overall marketing strategy for the agency. This is a role that will work across agency units, pairing up with teams in SEO, new business and digital, managing up and down to successfully deliver on targets.
Your responsibilities include:
• Lead creative campaign execution for 1-to-1, 1-to-few and 1-to-many in partnership with the broader team in order to generate leads, create demand, build pipeline and grow revenue.
• Plan and execute the content marketing plan spanning podcasts, events, social media, email etc.
• Analyse performance data to glean insights and make recommendations. Optimise our entire demand generation funnel to achieve specific revenue marketing goals.
• Partner closely with BDs to develop campaigns, playbooks and scripts that align marketing activities and priorities.
• Day-to-day management of advertising campaigns: build ads and landing pages, build target audiences and remarketing lists, monitor performance and manage spend.
• Reporting on all marketing performance channels, presenting performance to senior stakeholders and occasionally, the board.
• Manage a team of 3 reports who focus on design, content creation and marketing/CRM operations.
• Use the company’s tech stack to identify opportunities via intent signals, having processes for BDs to reach out and prospect accounts.
• Be the lead in CRM and email platform data hygiene and creating reports to update on audience and content engagement, pipeline influence by lead source etc.
