The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators at scale and provide the resources, education and inspiration they need to build their businesses on Amazon.

The Beauty Lead in the Creator Marketing team will work with Amazon Beauty retail category teams to leverage the influence and scale of Creators to drive shared goals. The Beauty Lead will work with Creators and Retail leadership to set the vision for marketing programs and opportunities between the organizations, while utilizing existing workstreams to amplify current efforts. As the lead, you will be responsible for the strategy, experimentation and execution to drive Beauty growth for Amazon through the Creator channel. You will scale winning strategies and set the direction on how teams can better partner with Creator marketing.

You will own the vision and framework for the marketing efforts, establish financial guardrails, measurement and experimentation mechanisms and scale opportunities to drive business outcomes. You will influence partner teams to leverage the Creator channel to help drive trend and brand affinity, amplify existing programs and introduce new customers to Amazon. You will identify opportunities in the Beauty categories that will inspire our Creators, providing additional benefits to help them maximize earnings or fame and love within the Creator programs. As an Individual Contributor, you will work cross-functionally across all of marketing, product, business development, and retail to design, develop, and deliver transformative marketing strategies, highlighting Creators as a source of growth and opportunity for retail categories.


Key job responsibilities
* Own and execute the strategic vision for the Creator led Beauty marketing programs
* Identify and up level existing Creator / Beauty workstreams to drive business results
* Develop and measure experiments, utilizing results to identify opportunities. Synthesize key insights to help make future investment and resourcing decisions
* Partner with Beauty teams on their existing programs, identifying opportunities to layer in Creators to drive amplification and scale (i.e. new brand launches).
* Leverage analytics and data across both teams to inform and drive business decisions

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
