OVERVIEW: The Creed Boutique Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for The House of Creed boutiques, ensuring a seamless and elevated brand experience for customers across all retail touchpoints. This role will require a deep understanding of the luxury retail environment, as well as the ability to create compelling, high-end marketing initiatives and events that enhance the boutique experience, drive foot traffic, and increase sales. The Boutique Marketing Manager will work closely with the boutique in-store team and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns that align with Creed's brand identity.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop national and localized marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales at Creed boutiques.
Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and customer engagement activities that align with Creed's luxury positioning.
Work closely with boutique staff by providing marketing materials, product knowledge, and event support to ensure a consistent brand experience in-store.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute memorable and exclusive boutique experiences.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify local trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities that can impact boutique marketing strategies.
Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure boutique displays align with marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
Track and report on the effectiveness of boutique marketing campaigns, events, and activations using data.
Partner with the boutique and sales teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with sales objectives and operational goals.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury goods, fragrance, or beauty industries.
Proven track record of successful campaign execution and in-store event management.
Strong understanding of luxury brand marketing, customer engagement, and retail dynamics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing analytics tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
