Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:
- Driving pipeline, bookings, and achieving targets through programmatic execution against the GTM plan, executing on cross-sell and new name sales plays.
- Developing and managing a Territory Plan.
- Driving demand in collaboration with marketing and BDRs.
- Working in partnership with the Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure a smooth post-sales experience for the client.
- Partnering with product teams to bring the voice of the customer into the roadmap.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Manager:
- You must have strong market knowledge of the UK and Ireland Wealth Management and Advisory environment and competitive landscape.
- You will have a consistent track record in a quota-bearing sales environment.
- You should possess strong presentation skills (verbal and written).
- You need excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- You must effectively and consistently build and manage your sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual revenue attainment.
