Role Summary

Joining the Business Development (BD) team at Marex Solutions, one of the four divisions of Marex Group, you will report to the Head of BD, alongside the BD graduate and BD intern.

You will support the business development and marketing efforts to help meet quarterly and annual targets. You will produce and coordinate content, event, and visual collateral, copywrite for inbound and outbound channels, manage stakeholder relationships, track, report and optimise performance, along daily administrative tasks.

This role is perfect for a commercially driven, pragmatic and hands on individual, who works to a high standard with a can-do attitude, looking to make a real impact on the company’s growth and success.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing with Finance, or relevant field
    • Proven work experience in Business Development and Marketing
    • Proven work experience in Financial Services in a B2B environment
    • Proven work experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot)
    • Familiar with social media platforms, SEO and website metrics
      • Track record of producing compelling content for clients across multiple touchpoints
      • Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.

          Overall Responsibilities

          • Produce and coordinate content, event, and visual collateral
          • Copywrite for inbound and outbound channels
          • Manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external)
          • Track, report, and optimise performance
          • Daily administrative tasks
          • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the FCA
          • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
          • Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
          • At all times complying with the FCA’s Code of Conduct and Marex’s Code of Conduct
          • To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
          • To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
          • To escalate risk events immediately
          • To provide input to risk management processes, as required.
