About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can elevate our content marketing efforts through strategic vision and effective collaboration. In this role, you will:
- Partner with practices to guide and support the creation of high-quality, audience-centric content that enhances our market presence and strengthens our brand identity.
- Go beyond the obvious initiatives, provide strategic direction and best practices for content development, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Lead the creation of supporting campaign assets to amplify practice-driven materials and thought leadership initiatives.
- Thrive in an environment that values flexibility, innovation, and the ability to challenge conventional approaches to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with practices to develop and align on a strategic thought leadership calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Refine technical content into audience-friendly materials that adhere to branding and SEO best practices, maximizing reach and impact.
- Oversee all aspects of conference planning, including logistics, bookings, printed materials, and merchandise coordination.
- Implement a structured conference planning approach to align with practices and attendees, ensuring maximum ROI from each event.
- Support and maintain content marketing collateral such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and web content.
- Own the evolution of our brand narrative, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across all content.
- Support the global Marketing team with operational and execution needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, ensuring content remains innovative and impactful.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in content creation, thought leadership, or a similar role, with an emphasis on life sciences or biopharma industries as a must-have.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a solid portfolio of published work.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to engage with project directors on a peer-to-peer level.
- Preferred experience in B2B marketing, consulting, or scientific communications.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
