About the Role

Drop is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to drive content strategy and engagement across key channels, with Twitter/X as a primary focus. This role is for someone who understands the Web3 ecosystem, creates compelling narratives, and engages the community through sharp, impactful content. You’ll work closely with internal teams and design to craft a content experience that resonates. 

This is a fully-remote, global position.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute content strategies that strengthen and grow Drop’s community.

• Plan, create, and publish Twitter-first content that drives engagement and aligns with product milestones, partnerships and co-marketing efforts. 

• Own long-form content initiatives (blogs, thought leadership) that support Drop’s mission.

• Work with design to craft visually compelling narratives that reinforce key messages.

• Engage with the community, participating in key discussions and amplifying Drop’s presence.

• Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment with the product roadmap and strategic goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Web3/DeFi content marketing.

• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical topics in a clear, engaging way.

• Proven experience driving organic Twitter growth (personal or project-based).

• Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and ability to shape narratives around key trends.

• Proactive, creative, and able to execute independently while collaborating with teams.

• Strong ability to engage the community and spark meaningful conversations.

Drop is shipping fast, and so are you—hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

(Very) nice to have

• Experience (personal or professional) with liquid staking.

• Active personal presence on Twitter.

• Experience moderating Twitter Spaces, AMA's, whiteboard sessions and leading community discussions.
