We’re looking for a creative, collaborative, and commercially savvy Content Producer/ Content Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In health-tech, content often feels cold, uninspired, feature-led and overly technical, but we believe it doesn’t have to be this way. In this role, you’ll combine your creativity, Marketing expertise, and storytelling skills to produce exceptional assets that stand out in the healthcare sector.

From written materials to multimedia campaigns, your work will educate, inspire, and drive meaningful engagement with our audiences. You’ll have the support of a high-performing Marketing team and the wider business, working together to deliver outstanding results.

Whether you’re an experienced Content Marketer, a Multimedia Storyteller, or a creative Producer with an interest in healthcare or technology, what matters most is your passion for crafting impactful content and your ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve shared goals.

 The successful candidate will be able to use creative storytelling and high-quality design and visuals to drive brand differentiation, audience engagement, business growth and ultimately win the continued trust of senior stakeholders from across the NHS

What would I be doing day to day?

One of the great things about a scale-up is that every day is different and there is always an opportunity to get involved in something outside of your ‘BAU’!

However, the key things you could expect would include: 

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Creating high-impact multimedia content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, graphics, podcasts, and webinars, to engage our audiences and inspire action.
  • Developing and delivering content strategies that align with business objectives, customer personas, and marketing goals.
  • Collaborating with the Product and Commercial teams to produce compelling sales enablement materials, distilling complex information into clear, persuasive content in a variety of media formats.
  • Experimenting with innovative formats to ensure our marketing and messaging remains fresh, engaging, and ahead of the curve.

Collaboration & Campaign Leadership:

  • Partnering with the core Marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Working cross-functionally with teams across the business, leveraging their expertise to enhance your content and meet objectives. 
  • Collaborating with external agencies and freelancers to bring additional expertise to your projects as needed. 

Events & Live Experiences:

  • Leading on the creation of standout content and the production of webinars, podcasts, and events/trade shows, ensuring every touchpoint leaves a lasting impression.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are impactful and deliver value to our audiences.

Project Management & Organisation:

  • Managing multiple content projects simultaneously, coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders where required, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and expectations are met.
  • Maintaining a centralised repository of creative assets that is easily accessible across the business.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and new tools to ensure our content remains best-in-class.
  • Tracking and analysing content performance, using KPIs, analytics tools, and SEO platforms to measure impact and continuously optimise for better engagement and results.

OK, I’m interested. What experience do I need to have?

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, multimedia production, or a related field—ideally within healthcare or B2B SaaS.
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform complex information into engaging narratives.
  • Proven experience creating high-quality multimedia content, including written materials, graphics, and videos.
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and digital publishing platforms.
  • Experience in using generative AI to support content creation using tools such as Midjourney, Visual Electric, OpenAI and others.
  • Strong understanding of professional social platforms like LinkedIn and their content requirements.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally and bringing in the right support to achieve results.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative projects.

Salary banding for this role is: £50,000 - £60,000
