About The Role
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a CRM Marketing Manager with HubSpot experience based with the UK team. You'll be at the epicentre of our operations helping to scale the business and develop our company-wide CRM strategy and development in conjunction with the stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our CRM to improve marketing, sales, and customer engagement efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a critical part in enhancing our CRM strategy, ensuring seamless integration and usage across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- CRM Strategy Implementation: Execute and refine the CRM strategy that supports sales and marketing processes, customer retention, and overall business objectives.
- CRM Management: Manage and optimise the CRM platform to meet business requirements, including configuration, integration, and automation.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy within the CRM, aligning with data retention and compliance policies.
- User Training & Support: Provide training and support to CRM users to maximise the platform’s effectiveness and adoption across the business.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track CRM performance and provide insights for decision-making.
- Automation: Build and manage automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and onboarding processes. Develop and optimise workflow automation rules to streamline sequencing processes to improve perofrmance
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives and customer experience improvements.
- Vendor Relations: Own and develop our relationship with HubSpot and other third-party vendors
- Utilise UX/UI principles: To manage design and optimise email templates and campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing, with hands-on experience using HubSpot (HubSpot certification preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM customisation, configuration, and automation.
- Proven experience managing CRM systems in a mid-sized or scaling business, preferably in financial services, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and how to optimise CRM tools to support them.
- Experience with data management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality of CRM data.
- Ability to create reports and dashboards using HubSpot, and familiarity with other data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience in creating and managing automated workflows to improve efficiency in marketing and sales campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and departments.
