Customer Marketing - Gartner Peer Insights
Netchannels is looking for an experienced, passionate, and collaborative Analyst Relations Manager or Customer Marketing Manager to develop the Gartner Peer Insights program. This is a long-term engagement, ongoing FTE of Netchannels rendering services for one of our high-tech clients.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of developing and implementing a multi-faceted approach to Gartner Peer Insights. This role does not have to be based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Gartner Peer Insights Strategy: Create a comprehensive strategy to drive positive customer reviews and increase our visibility on the Gartner Peer Insights platform. This includes identifying key product areas to focus on, setting realistic goals, and defining measurable KPIs.
- Customer Engagement and Advocacy: Build and nurture relationships with key customers, identifying potential advocates and encouraging them to share their experiences on Gartner Peer Insights. This includes developing targeted outreach campaigns, providing support and resources, and recognizing and rewarding participation.
- Content Development and Management: Create compelling content to support customer reviews, including case studies, testimonials, and talking points. Develop and maintain a library of resources to assist customers in writing effective reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Reference, Product Management to identify satisfied customers and coordinate review generation efforts. Facilitate communication and information sharing between teams to ensure a unified approach.
- Analyst Relations: Collaborate with our Analyst Relations team to ensure Gartner analysts are aware of our customer successes and positive feedback.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics related to Gartner Peer Insights, including the number of reviews, average ratings, and customer sentiment. Develop dashboards to visualize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity on Gartner Peer Insights and identify opportunities to differentiate our company and products. Analyze their review trends and identify best practices to incorporate into our strategy.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of changes and updates to the Gartner Peer Insights program and adjust the strategy accordingly. Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in customer advocacy and online reviews.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferablyin the high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of success in customer marketing and online review management.
- Strong understanding of Gartner Peer Insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with ARchitect, the ARInsights Platform
