Imandra is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist who wants to take a central role at a leading-edge AI startup. Imandra’s Automated Reasoning technology is changing the way things work in critical algorithm-heavy industries such as financial markets, and we require an individual who can understand our deeply technical products and help drive their success. As a commercially minded candidate, you’ll be front and center of our customer-facing activities, working with Senior Management and Technical Teams to deliver groundbreaking features our customers trust and love.

The Role and Responsibilities

The role includes a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  • Develop a technical understanding of Automated Reasoning and our products
  • As a customer-facing product delivery expert, you will build a strong, collaborative relationship with our clients and partners. We believe that first impressions count and the initial “wow” factor will deepen the relationship and pave the way for organic growth 
  • Take the lead role in the customer deployment of our products, ensuring timely project delivery and completion
  • Centrally coordinate and prioritise product delivery by working with internal stakeholders, partners and clients
  • Define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members and ensure that those deliverables are understood
  • Run end-to-end project management for large-scale deliveries. This includes pre-sales planning and budgeting
  • Provide comprehensive project documentation with detailed records of the project's progress
  • Identifying improvement opportunities both for Imandra and our clients

Experience and skills
  • 5+ years experience
  • Technical background with a working knowledge and experience of software development, deployment and working closely with customers and our partners. Previous coding experience is a big plus, given the nature of our products
  • Expertise in financial markets technology, particularly trading platforms and protocols including FIX as a minimum
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and execution skills
  • The ability to problem-solve and overcome soft and hard challenges 
  • STEM degree from a reputable institution

Skills that are a bonus

We don’t expect everyone to have these, but any experience or interest in working with them would definitely be a plus:

  • Software development experience with functional languages (e.g. OCaml, GitHub)
  • Working with cloud infrastructure, specifically GCP
  • An interest in statistical AI (e.g. LLMs)
  • An interest in automated reasoning (e.g. theorem proving and formal verification)
