Digital Designer and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print materials that support our marketing efforts and align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Design and create a wide range of materials including data sheets, press releases, brochures, social media graphics, and trade show materials that align with our brand guidelines.
• 3D Renderings: Develop 3D renderings for product visualization, enhancing marketing and promotional efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to design engaging and impactful materials for outbound marketing campaigns.
• Digital Design: Produce creative designs for various digital platforms, including the company website, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns.
• Interactive Elements: Design interactive and dynamic elements for presentations and digital materials to enhance audience engagement.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), 3D rendering tools (Blender and Sketchup) and Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) .
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and marketing strategies.
• Experience in creating designs for both digital and print mediums.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and meeting deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing your design and marketing work is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating compelling materials for B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or KeyShot.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
