Simon & Schuster (S&S) seeks a Manager, Digital Marketing and Social Media to help ideate, produce, deploy and analyze a range of campaigns across our Corporate Marketing channels.
This role also calls for someone with a discerning editorial eye and community building mindset to inspire book lovers, influencers and everyday people to turn to S&S as the publisher of must-read books in every genre.
As a key member of the Corporate Marketing team, you’ll drive the social media strategy for our corporate social channels and collaborate across all S&S imprints to help increase book sales, audience growth and author awareness via organic social media. In this role you’ll not only ideate and produce compelling editorial content but leverage your skills to develop strategies that positively impact business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a love for books, a collaborative spirit and a strong understanding of the social media landscape (particularly TikTok, Instagram and social shops). This role requires someone with 3+ years of marketing and social media experience with a record of creating engaging and innovative content that inspires audiences to discover, share and purchase.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
