Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, monitor campaign performance, and analyze results to improve marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Manage and optimize company website, ensuring content is updated and aligned with marketing goals
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including design, list management, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies
- Assist with paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and budget management
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Assist with marketing automation and CRM tools to improve lead generation and nurturing efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (internships or freelance work welcome)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
