    As the Digital Marketing Executive for our Everlast Gyms brand, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, attract new members, and engage existing ones to drive business growth. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and other internal teams and leverage your expertise to deliver impactful marketing to our target audience. You will support the Head of Marketing and wider marketing function to execute all long- and short-term projects to strengthen Everlast Gym's competitive position within the fitness industry.

    Job Description

    SEO Optimisation: Implement and optimise SEO strategies to enhance Everlast Gyms' online visibility and rankings.

    Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to promote services, events, and membership offers.

    Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid ads on Google, Meta, and other platforms.

    Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools, offering actionable insights.

    Website Management: Keep the gym's website updated, user-friendly, and conversion-optimised. Drive traffic and improve user experience.

    Collaboration: Work with wider marketing team, central teams and stakeholders to align digital strategies.Β 

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, CMS and email marketing software.
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and trends, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
    • Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimise content for search engines.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Creative thinking for helping to develop innovative digital campaigns.
    • A focus on achieving measurable results and ROI for digital marketing initiatives.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with the online community.
