As the sole Digital Marketing Executive at Mo-Sys, you’ll be responsible for executing thoughtful initiatives that expand our online presence, build meaningful industry connections, and foster brand engagement. This is a new position within the Mo-Sys team, based in North Greenwich.

 

Your role will center around refining our digital presence to maximise impact, and leveraging insights to shape a cohesive brand narrative. You will monitor key metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously optimise campaigns based on performance to achieve measurable results.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Take ownership of the website’s content strategy, posting fresh material and repurposing existing content, including blogs, industry news, videos, and event highlights.
  • Collaborate with SEO partners while refining keywords, crafting targeted content, and executing a data-driven strategy.
  • Research and implement strategies to drive growth, engagement and boost online visibility, including website traffic, and LinkedIn performance.
  • Create and distribute targeted content that resonates with our audience, while maintaining brand consistency and relevance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and initiate discussions to position Mo-Sys as a thought leader. Build relationships with key players, influencers, and partners.
  • Track digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, adjusting strategies through data-driven insights.
  • Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform the digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan and execute digital engagement at major industry events (e.g., IBC Amsterdam, NAB LA), including occasional travel to network and promote Mo-Sys.

 

What You’ll Need:

 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content management, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and social media engagement strategies.
  • Experience creating short-form content and managing digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Background in website content management would be highly beneficial.
  • Passion for our products and confidence in marketing within our industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve content and campaign performance.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Content Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to utilise Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and apply SEO principles to your work.
  • Experience creating short-form content and managing digital campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Passion for our products and confidence in marketing within our industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess content and campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
  • A quick learner, adaptable to new challenges and evolving company needs.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Interview Process:

Our interviews are quite informal and conversational, generally carried out over a 3-stage process. To help us learn more about your workplace behaviours and preferences, you will also be invited to complete a short Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment online. The final stage normally involves a visit to the office, to meet with senior members of the management team and get a feel for where you will be working.
