We are seeking an experienced and driven digital marketing manager to oversee andexecute our digital marketing strategies across various channels and maintain andupdate website as needed. The role will have a focus on patient education and serve asthe ambassador for Belay Diagnostics in patient advocacy groups. The ideal candidatewill create, implement, and optimize campaigns and collateral that increase brandawareness, generate leads, and drive sales. You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to ensure alignment with our overall marketing goals while reporting to theDirector of Marketing.
 
Qualifications
  •  Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  •  3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  •  Proven experience in leading successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media management.
  • Scaling new heights in neurological testing.
  •  Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  •  Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube,and LinkedIn.
  •  Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to empathize withpatients and represent Belay Diagnostics with patient advocacy groups.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data andmetrics.
  •  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projectssimultaneously.
  •  Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
 
 Preferred 
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digitalmarketing platforms.
  •  Experience with WordPress and BetterDocs.
  •  Experience in B2B/B2C marketing.
  •  Experience in healthcare, preferably in clinical diagnostics.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of digital marketingcampaigns across channels, including social media, email, paid search, anddisplay advertising.
  •  Oversee maintenance and update website.
  •  Develop and supervise the content strategy for digital platforms to ensureengaging and brand-aligned communication.
  •  Drive organic and paid search initiatives to optimize search engine rankings andincrease website traffic.
  •  Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, identifyingopportunities for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
  •  Work closely with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure consistencyacross all digital channels and campaigns.
  •  Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation ofresources across campaigns.
  •  Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing,identifying new growth opportunities and technologies.
