The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager is to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on SEO. This role will lead initiatives to improve organic search rankings through keyword research, content optimization, and performance monitoring.
In addition to SEO, the role involves overseeing content creation and management across various platforms, ensuring SEO-friendly and high-quality content. Maintaining a content calendar and analyzing performance metrics are essential tasks.
A key part of this role is managing paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media ads, and continuously optimizing them to maximize ROI. This includes crafting and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
The Digital Marketing Manager will also play a pivotal role in KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, building relationships and coordinating partnerships with influencers to amplify brand exposure and credibility.
Furthermore, this position involves designing and launching a “members-get-members” referral program to stimulate word-of-mouth marketing, with the goal of driving customer acquisition and loyalty. To scale up word-of-mouth effects on a large scale, the role will develop and implement a variety of programs aimed at increasing account openings and deposits, leveraging customer networks to expand reach and influence.
As the business is in a growth phase, the person in this role should be prepared to build initiatives from the ground up, as there is limited pre-existing knowledge or framework to rely on.
