We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing a digital marketing strategy to promote Duke DE’s brand, products, and services on all available digital marketing channels, globally and regionally, enhancing the brand and driving increased lead generation.  This will include:

Strategic Marketing

  • Partner to develop and execute a digital marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and lead generation for Duke CE offerings.
  • Communicate Duke CE's value proposition effectively.
  • Create tailored account-based marketing communications for regional clients.

Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Design and implement brand awareness campaigns to increase visibility and engagement in target markets. 
  • Support digital marketing and email campaigns through segmentation, implementation, and management of lead generation activities. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. 
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of all planned materials. 
  • Use data and analytics to track performance and adjust content strategies based on insights. 
  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, website traffic, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders for optimizing future campaigns. 
  • Increase brand awareness two-fold for Duke CE by the second year. 
  • Generate leads resulting in proposals worth $3M/year by the second year. 

Social Media Management:

  • Craft compelling content that effectively communicates our value proposition, promotes thought leadership, and engages our target audience. 
  • Provide social media guidance and collaborate with regional teams to drive the creation and distribution of client-specific and regional content. Tailor content to resonate with local audiences while maintaining global brand consistency. 
  • Identify and establish partnerships with influencers and thought leaders in the business and leadership development space to amplify our social media presence and reach new audiences. 
  • Actively engage with followers on social media platforms to foster a positive community experience. Respond promptly to comments and messages, addressing questions or concerns and enhancing user interaction and satisfaction. 

Website Maintenance & Optimization:

  • Upload thought leadership articles and routine admin updates via content management systems (WordPress and Hubspot). 
  • Optimize all digital content to adhere to SEO best practices, ensuring higher visibility, increased traffic, and improved engagement metrics. 
  • Track, analyze, and optimize digital content across platforms.  
  • Ensure that all digital content complies with legal requirements, including copyright laws and data protection regulations. Stay informed about industry standards to safeguard the organization’s reputation and compliance. 

Lead Generation:

  • Monitor and qualify high-quality leads.
  • Assess the impact of digital marketing on lead generation.
  • Provide regional reporting on lead generation efforts.

Stakeholder Management 

  •  Collaborate with Duke CE’s channel partners to execute joint marketing activities and campaigns. 
  • Work closely with the regions and New Commercial Models teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategic goals. 
  • Provide feedback and reporting to key stakeholders  
  • Establish regular cadences to provide updates and seek input from key stakeholders 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and leadership development trends. Leverage this knowledge to generate creative ideas that capture the attention of our target audience. 
  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts, contributing to larger organizational initiatives and meeting assigned deliverables within deadlines. 

This role is based in our London office 5 days per week.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • Proven experience in regional communications, digital marketing, and brand management, ideally in UK and/or the Middle East. 
  • Expertise in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), content management systems, and digital marketing tools. 
  • Experience with content management systems such as Hubspot and WordPress are preferred.  
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an understanding of SEO best practices. 
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to work at pace and juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
  • Ability to localize global content to suit regional audiences.
