Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Technology Manager to join our Digital Team for the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate will have experience managing enterprise websites, email development, and e-commerce tagging, along with a solid understanding of web analytics. This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving data insights and innovation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Email and Marketing Automation team.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clean data flow between e-commerce platforms, CRM, and ESP systems.

  • Architect marketing data to support marketing initiatives, dynamic content, and email marketing.

  • Implement and manage website tagging, tracking, and analytics using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.

  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

  • Design and manage event tracking, e-commerce tracking, and consent management.

  • Create Looker Studio dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.

  • Collaborate with business teams to automate, personalize, and segment digital marketing efforts.

  • Support marketing journey personalization across all digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of website management experience.

  • At least 3 years of email development experience, including triggered and real-time communications.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience with Tealium or Google Tag Manager.

  • Familiarity with debugging tools like Tag Assistant and browser consoles.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise ESPs configurations and data automation components.

  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and compliance regulations.

  • Ability to develop and communicate strategic solutions to executive leadership.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
