An innovative beauty brand is looking for a Director of PR & Influencer Marketing to drive brand storytelling, media strategy, and creator partnerships. This is a high-impact role leading public relations, influencer collaborations, and community engagement efforts to expand brand presence across key markets. This role is for the person that thrives in a fast-moving, digital-first environment and has a passion for beauty, media, and cultural trends. In office Monday - Thursday 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that elevates brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier media, editors, and journalists in beauty, lifestyle, and wellness.
  • Spearhead press campaigns, product launches, and brand activations, ensuring maximum media impact.
  • Secure high-profile media placements across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
  • Manage PR crisis communications, ensuring the brand’s voice remains authentic and consistent.
  • Identify and build long-term partnerships with influencers, tastemakers, and cultural voices who align with brand values.
  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns, balancing brand credibility with performance-driven metrics.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, content strategy, and campaign execution for influencer collaborations.
  • Partner with brands, retailers, and industry leaders to develop strategic co-branded activations.
  • Lead and mentor a small but dynamic team across PR, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with social, creative, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and audience insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, media briefings, and key networking opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 9+ years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Deep relationships with top media outlets, editors, and influencers in key global markets.
  • A track record of successful PR campaigns, media placements, and influencer partnerships.
  • A strong sense of cultural relevance, digital trends, and storytelling in a social-first world.
  • A strategic, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
