About the Role

Title: Director of Sales and Marketing
Role: Full time, Permanent
Location: London, open to other regions for right candidate
Salary: Negotiable

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge sales and marketing strategies that will position us as a market leader in healthcare.
  • Drive significant revenue growth through innovative campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and brand expansion efforts.
  • Identify and execute new business opportunities and partnerships that enhance the company’s position in the healthcare space.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and resources to ensure success.
  • Spearhead creative, results-oriented campaigns, from ideation to execution, that inspire action and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to create tailored strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and drive company-wide objectives.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and the senior leadership team to drive brand cohesion and overall company success.
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximize ROI while maintaining a focus on long-term strategic growth.
