The Opportunity
We’re looking for a product marketing leader to lead outbound product marketing for our K12 business. We have an opportunity to massively grow the number of teachers and students around the world who use our solutions to bring creativity into the classroom. You will lead a team of product marketers to define our customer journeys, channels, and the marketing strategies we need to drive awareness and consideration, enable our sales team, promote engagement with new features and services, and retain our users.
What You’ll Do
Create the outbound marketing strategy for Adobe Express for K12
Drive the go to market plan for Back to School
Enable the sales team
Develop compelling content that connects with distinct audiences and showcases product value and user experiences.
Develop a comprehensive event strategy.
Work closely with the community team to enable community influencers and ambassadors
Unlock new marketing channels and optimize existing channels.
What You'll Need
Minimum 15+ years' experience in product marketing, marketing, or go-to-market roles
Product marketing experience in the creative fields and/or education and passion for the K12 mission
Strategic problem solver who can turn ideas into action and outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Proven track record for growing new and existing businesses and building strong cross-company relationships with multi-discipline stakeholders and senior executives.
Exceptional leadership skills and community building; thrives working across highly-matrixed organizations with strong ability to influence senior decision makers
Entrepreneurial leader who can manage multiple projects and drive measurable results in ambiguous and changing environments, along phenomenal listening skills and team work.
Highly skilled presenting in a concise, effective and influential manner to a variety of audiences, including senior executives, customers, media and industry analysts on a regular basis.
Track record for developing audience-minded content that drives desired outcomes via modern mediums.
Ability to assess the competition and drive perception-shifting efforts that differentiate Adobe in credible, compelling ways.
BS/BA degree
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
