Employee Benefits Account Executive - Hybrid

Job Description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in EBAM and a strong background in mid to large market group benefits, mostly self-funded.

Responsibilities:

• Quote new and renewal business for mid to large market group benefits
• Utilize software such as EPIC, Employee Navigator, and Zywave
• Collaborate with Alpha Brokers including Gallagher, Lockton, and WTW
• Engage in a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after onboarding

Qualifications:

• Required licensure in Life and Health, with additional designations being a plus
• 7-10+ years of experience in Employee Benefits Account Management
• Proficiency in utilizing software such as EPIC, Employee Navigator, and Zywave

Day-to-day: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mid to large market group benefits, quoting new and renewal business, and collaborating with industry-leading Alpha Brokers. This role will also involve utilizing various software platforms to streamline processes and enhance client service.
