Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a young, upbeat, and flexible environment with a focus on team collaboration and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire process of servicing, renewals, and proposals for middle market, fully insured accounts primarily.
• Handle a book of business with 12 groups and 100-500 lives.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits account management.
• L&H license is required.
• Proficiency in Employee Navigator, Benefit Point, and ZyWave software.

Day-to-day:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the day-to-day servicing of accounts, providing quotes for new and renewal business, and ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally.
