Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at Blooming Health. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our products for enterprise partners in the aging, health, and human services space. You will be a hybrid warrior, nurturing existing enterprise partnerships while strategically leveraging our robust community network to hunt down and close high-value deals. Your key enterprise call points will include large foundations / grant makers and government agencies in the aging, health, and human services.
We need an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who can come in and hit the ground running. We are looking for a person who has an entrepreneurial spirit and is good with constant change as the company experiences explosive growth. If you have been in a start-up and experienced this type of growth, you will be a perfect candidate.
Here's how you'll make a difference:
Account Management:
- Become the trusted confidante: Foster robust relationships with key decision-makers within existing enterprise partners.
- Uncover growth opportunities: Proactively identify and recommend ways to expand service offerings and deepen our impact within partner organizations.
- Advocate for customer success: Ensure seamless implementation and ongoing user adoption within our community network to achieve key deliverables, maximizing partner satisfaction and retention.
- Data-driven analysis: Track key metrics, analyze usage patterns, and identify areas for improvement in partnership performance.
New Business Development:
- Hunter: Leverage your deep understanding of Blooming Health's network to identify potential enterprise leads with high affinity for our platform.
- Relationship builder: Craft and execute strategic outreach campaigns to cultivate valuable connections with prospective partners.
- Consultative selling: Tailor pitch presentations to showcase the platform's unique value proposition and address specific client needs.
- Deal architect: Negotiate win-win contracts that benefit both Blooming Health and our enterprise partners.
You're the ideal candidate if you:
- Possess 3+ years of experience in B2B software enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in both account management and new business development.
- Experience selling to large foundations and government organizations (city, county, state) preferred.
- Have a strong understanding of the aging services landscape and the opportunities technology presents in this space.
- Excel at building and nurturing relationships, establishing trust and understanding client needs to foster collaboration.
- Are a master communicator, able to deliver compelling presentations, negotiate effectively, and write persuasive proposals.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, send sequences, and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients.
- Embrace data-driven decision-making, analyzing market trends and utilizing internal data to identify and pursue high-potential leads.
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach that is self-driven and results-oriented.
- Ability to operate effectively and adapt to the changing environment in an early stage startup with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable with travel to customer sites and to work with Blooming Health team members in person as needed

- OTE: $220K
