This position will be located at our Headquarters in Itasca, IL.

 

KEYENCE is seeking a Corporate Marketing Analyst to assist with the execution and operations of its ongoing marketing activities.  Must have a high degree of attention to detail, a strong ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and execute diverse sets of projects and tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities and Duties

  • The primary focus of this role will be to manage and execute our tradeshow strategy, ensuring successful participation and maximizing our brand presence and sales results.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute all aspects of tradeshow participation, including booth logistics, design, setup, and teardown.
  • Oversee on-site operations: demo products, answer customer questions, staff coordination and attendee engagement.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials/services while maximizing booth space.
  • Develop and manage tradeshow budgets, ensuring we maximize our budget and find cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align tradeshow objectives with business goals
  • Analyze tradeshow performance and generate post-show reports with actionable insights
  • Opportunity to also assist with KEYENCE’s ongoing digital (SEO, PPC, Web), email and/or social media management and optimization.
  • Work closely with division managers and marketing teams to implement improvements and execute various new projects
  • Coordinate projects to ensure timely and smooth implementation
  • Proactively identify areas to improve the company operation efficiency and initiate projects to achieve such improvements

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 year) required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft-based programs, particularly Excel
  • Must possess a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team setting, often under deadline pressure
  • Ability to handle confidential, sensitive information
  • Must possess strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and organize for on-time completion of multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
