Responsibilities of the Entry Level Marketing and Sales Representative:

  • Directly engage with customers and local businesses to effectively promote the benefits and features of AT&T’s products and services in targeted markets and local events

  • Continuously develop skills to effectively hire, train, motivate, and advise internal sales teams to ensure they are meeting revenue objectives

  • Work closely with management and client executives to understand AT&T’s business objectives and develop effective sales and marketing strategies to meet their needs

  • Utilize marketing and promotional materials to ensure the enrollment of quality customers and ensure repeat business

  • Achieve company objectives by analyzing campaign performance data, developing sales goals, and forecasting market trends

  • Collaborate with senior management to design and lead training sessions that enhance sales skills and product knowledge
