Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
- Content Creation: Help with writing, editing, and proofreading marketing materials such as blog posts, email newsletters, and social media content.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and assist in preparing reports.
- Social Media Engagement: Assist in managing social media accounts, schedule posts, and interact with the online community to increase engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Support the tracking of campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign data to gather insights and suggest improvements.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and promotion of events, webinars, and product launches.
- Administrative Support: Provide general marketing team assistance with administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings, maintaining databases, and preparing presentations.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, email marketing, content creation).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
