Role Outline
ADS is hiring a talented, creative and innovative Events Marketing Manager to deliver UK participation in leading events focused on the aerospace, defence, security and space industries. Sitting within our events team, you’ll be a strategic team player, leading on the rollout and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and successful event delivery for events such as Security and Policing, DSEI and Farnborough International Airshow. You’ll also work closely on the ADS Annual Dinner, welcoming more than 1000 representatives from across our industries.
You’ll define the UK’s engagement on behalf of the sectors we represent, securing exhibitor and visitor presence alike, generating engagement with industry through digital and physical marketing channels. With a creative eye, you’ll produce eye-catching collateral that supports our commercial objectives.
The Events Marketing Manager will play the lead role in planning and executing the marketing strategy and delivery for the official Home Office event, Security & Policing, delivered in partnership with the Joint Security and Resilience Centre (JSaRC), UK Defence and Security Exports and Dods Events, attracting over 350 industry exhibitors and over 7,000 visitors from across the globe.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate events marketing specialist to define and grow the ADS brand through events in conjunction with the wider business and communications teams. You will report directly to the Events Director and work in close day-to-day collaboration with the central ADS external communications team.
The role directly reports to the Director of Events in close collaboration with the wider External Communications Team.

Contract; Permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Location; Hybrid working, 3x days from the office (Farnborough) and 2x days from home (discretionary basis)
Compensation: Circa £40,000 depending on experience
