About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to spearhead Amperโs event and field marketing initiatives. This role is critical to driving demand generation, fostering customer engagement, and strengthening Amperโs presence in key markets. You will manage trade shows, regional events, and customer engagement programs, ensuring every initiative contributes to pipeline growth and business success.
As Field Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure every event delivers measurable impact and aligns with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Show Management:
Plan and execute trade show strategies, including logistics, booth setup, team coordination, and on-site programming.
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure alignment with pipeline and revenue objectives.
Create post-event strategies for lead follow-up and pipeline contribution analysis.
Regional Field Marketing:
Partner with AEs and BDRs to organize regional events that engage prospects and customers, such as plant tours, networking events, and tailored industry gatherings.
Ensure events are aligned with local market needs and sales objectives.
Customer Engagement Programs:
Manage the planning and execution of customer-centric events, including user group meetings, workshops, and potential conferences.
Ensure these events enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Budget and Resource Management:
Develop and manage budgets for trade shows and field marketing programs.
Optimize event spend to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
Measure and report on the success of field marketing programs, including their impact on demand generation and pipeline.
Prepare and present event analysis and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in field marketing or event management, preferably in B2B SaaS or manufacturing-related industries.
Skills: Outstanding organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.
Tech Proficiency: Experience using a platform like HubSpot for managing marketing campaigns, building contact lists, and leveraging automation tools.
Sales Alignment: Strong understanding of the sales process and how field marketing drives lead generation and revenue growth.
Customer Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and its unique challenges.
Travel: Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
