Overview of the job
As the Finance Manager, you will be qualified (or qualified by experience) Accountant with strong finance systems skills and excel/google sheets skills with a great ability to analyse, manipulate and interpret data. Experience within a fast-paced, high growth environment and multi country subsidiaries is a plus. With a high degree of flexibility to get involved and help to get things done.
This is a broad and demanding role which will grow alongside the company for the right person. You will have an opportunity to work alongside all departments towards a common goal – to lead the way in Influencer Marketing!
You will be working across the business, supporting various financial and non-financial stakeholders with key decision making. There will be a good deal of ad-hoc projects as we expand our operations. This is a hands-on role requiring the individual to operate at a managerial and detailed level.

Measures of success –
In the first few months, you would have:
Built strong relationships with Key Senior personnel across the global business, including our external back-office support teams
Reviewed and revised the roles and responsibilities of your Team for optimum financial operations
Be leading our reporting (and ideas for improvement)
A full understanding of our cash requirements
Embedded yourself in the broader Finance and Business Affairs Team and feel a part of Influencer
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparation of monthly management accounts and revenue reporting across 5 legal entities in 4 different operating currencies
Monthly P&L,balance sheet and cashflow analysis with commentary
Running and owning the month end process, adhering to tight deadlines
Responsible for consolidated accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations (including bank postings, intercompany postings and revaluation)
Monthly and quarterly tax and VAT returns for all entities
R&D annual tax claim with the assistance of external advisors and the Director, Finance
Weekly production of rolling 13 week cash flow
Management of AP, AR, Cash and 3 x Finance Assistants
Working closely with the FP&A Manager in budget building and quarterly and monthly re-forecasting
Business partnering with budget holders on a regular basis to assist with cost management, forecasting and the annual budget tracking
Driving improvement and efficiencies in financial processes to improve accuracy and reduce preparation time
Running annual reporting, preparing audit files and associated schedules
Fulfilling the financial aspect of monthly payroll
Constant improvement mindset, identifying areas of weakness and suggesting improvements
Additional finance duties as necessary
What you will need:
Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA or qualified by experience
Management accounting experience
Experience of Financial Accounting systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in fast paced business environment, working to tight deadlines
Experience in consolidating accounts or ability to demonstrate the skill
Multi-currency exposure
Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Be able to adapt and keep pace with a fast-moving environment that changes and flexes to meet business needs
Experience of financial accounting software systems
Desirable:
Experience of Xero Accounting software and Joiin
Knowledge of Monday.com
Knowledge of Hubspot
International and specifically US experience
