Backed by top investors like Seedcamp, Venrex, Active Partners, and Channel 4 Ventures, we’ve raised £16 million to date. This funding will fuel our expansion as we aim to become Europe’s leading pre-owned furniture platform within three years.

    • Build data-driven lifecycle marketing programs to nurture customers & sellers through onboarding, activation, and repeat purchase phases.
    • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
    • Manage relationships with CRM suppliers to improve buyer & seller engagement.
  • Customer Insights & Segmentation
    • Use data to segment users by behaviour, lifecycle stage, and preferences.
    • Implement customer surveys or interviews to gather qualitative insights and refine ICPs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the Product team to improve features and flows that impact activation and retention (e.g., checkout process, wishlist functionality, product recommendations).
    • Collaborate with the Brand team and external marketing agencies or freelancers to support campaign execution.
  • Loyalty, Advocacy & Promotions Programs
    • Develop and test loyalty programs or incentives to drive repeat purchases.
    • Create referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth growth from loyal customers.
    • Own the promotional and discount code strategy, ensuring it aligns with customer retention goals and drives meaningful engagement. This includes planning, executing, and tracking the effectiveness of promotions.
    • Experience: 4-6 years in retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM roles, ideally in e-commerce or marketplaces.
    • Ownership Mentality: Thrives in an autonomous role with the ability to build strategies and execute hands-on.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Ometria, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Looker, Amplitude).
