The Role:

Global Private Wealth Marketing is responsible for growing the Blue Owl brand and driving assets into commercial products with Financial Advisors and their high-net-worth clients across key markets (e.g., AMRS, EMEA and APAC). We are hiring a marketing professional to oversee our owned and paid media channels for the Private Wealth business.

This individual will sit on the Growth Marketing team within Private Wealth Marketing, primarily focused on developing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns that increase awareness, drive engagement, and nurture leads. They will be responsible for leading the evolution of our campaign strategy across core marketing channels like email, social media, digital advertising, media partnerships, and more – with the overarching goal of finding deeper connectivity across marketing channels to effectively increase reach and frequency among financial advisors, driving demand and engagement, and nurturing leads to convert into clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Own ideation, strategy, and execution of performance marketing channels to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth for the Private Wealth business
  • Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across owned media (e.g., email, social media, etc.) and paid media (e.g., SEM, paid social, media partnerships) driving users to wealth.blueowl.com to further engage and convert financial advisors
  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences
  • Support lead generation system and CRM integration across Salesforce/HubSpot to ensure campaign tracking and measurement accuracy
  • Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results and share learnings across the team
  • Develop a testing and personalization pipeline across Wealth marketing efforts to drive greater results
  • Own and manage external vendor relationships and the growth marketing budget effectively
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and growth marketing best practices – acting as a thought leader on the team to build the marketing culture 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Private Wealth Growth, Product, Content and broader stakeholders like Data/IT to improve processes and performance

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, financial services and asset management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required
  • Demonstrated experience with managing and implementing digital marketing initiatives that will scale to support the requirements of a growing organization
  • Platform experience (or similar platforms): HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Monday.com
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (primarily PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Driven, self-starter with the ability to own and execute on a range of initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders and staying strategically focused
  • Strong leadership and consensus building skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving change; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $150,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
