 What You’ll Do:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a cutting-edge growth marketing strategy focused on revenue generation and customer acquisition.
  • Experimentation: Test, analyze, and iterate across multiple channels—web, email, social, paid media, SEO, and CRO—to find what works and scale it.
  • Funnel Optimization: Take our sales and marketing funnels to the next level with segmentation, lead scoring, intent data, and personalized outreach strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics tools to track key growth metrics and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Acquisition: Spearhead efforts to acquire new customers via paid and organic channels.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—sales, product, GTM enablement, and customer success—to align on growth initiatives. Collaborate with the product team to provide input on product features, user experience, and go-to-market strategies based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct growth testing and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Design Collaboration: Create or provide input on visuals using Figma or similar tools to amplify campaign impact.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in demand generation/digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS/startup environment.
  • Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience creating multi-channel workflows with tools like HubSpot and Clay.
  • SEO & CRO Expertise: Proven track record of optimizing web content and user journeys for conversion.
  • Paid Media Management: Solid experience running and analyzing paid media campaigns.
  • Data & Budgeting: Strong analytical skills and experience managing global marketing budgets.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Scrappy Mindset: You’re resourceful, creative, and know how to do more with less.
