🚀 What is the role?

We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Growth Executive to join our team and support various projects across growth, marketing, and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is keen to gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to Kamma’s growth journey. The role will provide exposure to multiple business functions, from digital marketing and content creation to event planning and project management.

💻 What you’ll be doing

The role will be varied with an expectation that you will contribute to any task that needs to get done, however your main responsibilities include:

  • Demand generation and campaign support: Support the planning and execution of various demand-generation initiatives, such as lead magnets, landing page optimisation, and email marketing campaigns. Test new demand-generation tactics, analyse performance, and implement improvements to drive SQL growth.
  • Special projects: Own projects related to marketing, operations, campaign planning, sales enablement, lead generation, and market research
  • Content creation and marketing strategy: Create engaging content for digital campaigns, newsletters, social media (LinkedIn), and partner communications. Play an active role in shaping marketing strategies, ideating on new opportunities and tactics to promote Kamma’s solutions.
  • Event organisation: Project manage and execute both internal and external events.
  • Marketing operations and CRM management: Manage marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics, ensuring efficient operations and effective data utilisation. Maintain clean and organised data in the CRM, support targeted outreach, and contribute to continuous process optimisation.
  • Website support: Support on website management including copy updates, landing page template updates and bug fixes. Full training to be provided.
  • Client deliverables and data analysis: Testing, proofing and validating client deliverables. Play a critical role in our data-driven approach by analysing and validating data

  • Energetic self-starters with 0-2 years of experience in any professional environment
  • Can demonstrate exceptional potential and early achievement through either academic or early career record
  • A knack for organisation, project management, and an eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mind comfortable with data and numbers
  • An demonstrable eye for design and storytelling is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, including Word / Docs, Sheets / Excel and PowerPoint
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team across disciplines
