As Rogo's Growth Marketer, you’ll focus on driving top-of-funnel growth through innovative and rapid experimentation. You’ll be responsible for increasing demo requests, MQLs (marketing qualified leads), and SQLs (sales qualified leads) by optimizing campaigns and conversion funnels. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, and you’ll work closely with sales, product, and engineering to execute high-impact experiments that unlock growth opportunities.

What You Will Do
Run Rapid Experiments: Design and execute high-velocity marketing experiments across multiple channels to drive demo requests and increase lead quality.
Optimize Conversion Funnels: Continuously analyze and improve website, landing page, and ad performance to maximize conversions from top-of-funnel to SQLs.
Drive Paid and Organic Campaigns: Launch and manage campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, optimizing for performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROI.
Analyze and Report Results: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, SQL, and Excel to measure campaign success, uncover insights, and iterate quickly based on findings.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align experiments with business goals and ensure seamless lead handoff processes.
Innovate and Scale: Test new growth strategies and scale successful experiments to unlock larger opportunities.
Own Key Metrics: Take responsibility for top-of-funnel metrics, including demo requests, MQLs, and SQLs, and ensure they align with overall revenue goals.

What You Will Need
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of running successful experiments that drive top-of-funnel growth.
Exceptional analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or other marketing analytics platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic ads) and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent communication skills—able to write clear, concise copy and present ideas effectively.
Creative problem-solver with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Experience with A/B testing tools and frameworks for experimentation.
