Position Overview:

As our Growth Marketing Intern, your primary goal will be to drive user acquisition and deposits (AUM) for our AI-powered robo-advisor. You’ll work across the entire growth stack—developing strategies, implementing campaigns, and analyzing performance to scale the platform. We’re ready to take this product to the masses and need a scrappy, Growth Marketing Intern to execute strategies that drive user acquisition, AUM, and virality. You know how to get in front of retail investors, convert them into active users, and maximize AUM. You’re comfortable digging into the data, optimizing funnels, and experimenting with bold ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail User Acquisition:

• Design and execute outreach strategies targeting retail investors through platforms like Google, Reddit, Instagram, and Twitter.

• Leverage SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive organic traffic and sign-ups.

• Experiment with partnerships, influencer collaborations, and trading communities to acquire high-value users.

2. AUM Growth & Conversion:

• Build campaigns that not only drive sign-ups but also convert users into active investors who deposit funds.

• Test and optimize referral programs, promotions, and onboarding flows to increase deposits and retention.

• Use data to identify and remove friction in the user journey, increasing the rate of depositors.

3. Content Creation:

• Create engaging organic content for social media, including videos, Instagram reels, and TikToks, to educate and excite users.

• Record short, authentic, and relatable videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, addressing user pain points and showing the value of the platform.

4. Funnel Optimization:

• Analyze user behavior to identify drop-off points and implement changes to improve conversion rates at every step.

• Optimize paid ad campaigns for better ROI by experimenting with ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting.

5. Build Scalable Growth Systems:

• Develop automated outreach strategies using email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to engage and retain users.

• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, A/B test growth experiments, and iterate based on data insights.

6. Community Engagement:

• Be active in online investing communities, engaging with users on Reddit (e.g., Wall Street Bets, FIRE), Discord, and trading forums.
