We’re looking for a creative, execution-oriented Growth Marketer to scale our marketing engine, and build out our marketing team. You will be crucial in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives supporting our self-serve model, and partnering with our CEO to determine the next phase of Arcade's business.
You fit this role if you love data and experimentation, and leverage those results to build (and refine, and rebuild) our top-of-funnel strategy. If you're someone who is ready to hit the ground running , iterate, and ship at speed (and loves it), then you might be just the person for our team..
You’ll partner with our CEO and leadership bench to take our acquisition efforts to the next level. The scope of this role includes:
Own the growth marketing strategy: Own the marketing strategy for our hybrid business. Determine what core KPIs are needed to drive the team to success.
Scale our engine: Tune and oil our marketing operations by scaling out our PLG and sales books of business.
Optimize our channels: Digest at our current channel mix and build a strategy for upleveling performance.
Bias to action: You are proactive and can take a project from concept to completion. Moving quickly and learning fast excites you. If you see an anomaly, your instinct is to dive in and figure it out.
Analytical: You can analyze and optimize campaigns at each customer journey stage, leveraging A/B testing and other techniques to improve performance and make data-driven decisions.
Integrator: You can effectively define and communicate your efforts and bring functions together to execute your plans.
SQL experience: You are a SQL ninja. You are not afraid to pull analyses and detect patterns across our user base.
PLG and Sales exposure: You understand sales techniques and strategies and have experience developing nurture campaigns to move deals through the pipeline.
