We are headquartered in San Francisco, and this role will be in-person, with the rest of the Nexus team.

Growth Marketing Manager

Nexus is seeking an ambitious and analytical Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth efforts and build scalable strategies for user acquisition and retention. You’ll be our point person to launch advertising and ensure our messages are reaching our audience across a variety of channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, user behavior, and data analytics to craft innovative campaigns that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across performance marketing channels such as search, social, digital ads, and affiliate marketing.

  • Identify and test new channels, tools, and strategies for growth, leveraging data and insights to iterate quickly.

  • Analyze user data and funnel performance to uncover opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Collaborate with the product, engineering, and design teams to ensure a seamless user journey and impactful messaging.

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Nexus at the forefront of innovation.

  • Develop and execute referral and partnership programs to amplify growth efforts.

  • Coordinate cross-functional campaigns, including product launches and events, ensuring alignment across teams and maximizing impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a Web3 or technology company.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user segmentation.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, while executing tactically.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.

  • Familiarity with growth hacking tools and strategies.

  • Experience building or managing marketing automation workflows.

  • A portfolio of successful growth campaigns demonstrating creativity and results.
