The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Operations Analyst to support our Growth Marketing Operations Lead. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for data analysis and a strong understanding of digital marketing. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, generating insightful reports, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Every day is different, but here’s an example of the kind of things you’ll work on:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Assist in the collection and analysis of marketing performance data across various channels.

    • Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, campaign performance).

    • Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.

    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all marketing platforms.

  • Marketing Technology Support:

    • Assist in the management and optimization of the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Metabase).

    • Provide technical support for marketing tools and platforms.

    • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and improve operational efficiency.

    • Document marketing processes and procedures.

    • Assist in the compliance of marketing campaigns with relevant regulations and data privacy policies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to support marketing initiatives.

    • Assist in the coordination of marketing projects and activities.

  • Campaign Support:

    • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid media.

    • Assist in the lead management process, including lead scoring and nurturing.

    • Help maintain and organize marketing campaign assets.

About You:

This role will be a great fit for those with:

  • 0-1 years of experience, or a strong interest in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive  in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

Nice to Have: 

  • Proficiency in using marketing technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).

  • Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems.

  • Understanding of the marketing funnel stages and lead scoring models. 

  • Ability to write simple SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.

  • Knowledge of financial markets, particularly debt markets, to better understand 9fin’s target audience.

  • Basic understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
