The Broadwick Live Marketing team leads best-in-class marketing campaigns to audiences across our portfolio of music venues such as Drumsheds, Printworks London, Silverworks Island and more.
We work collaboratively with the inhouse creative and programming teams and our partners to build and deliver multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket sales and brand awareness through innovation and creativity.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone to lead the marketing strategies for Broadwick Live, delivering best-in class marketing, communication and promotional campaigns across our portfolio of music projects, events and venues, including; social media, digital campaigns, performance marketing, content creation, advertising and creative projects.
Working collaboratively with the creative and programming teams, the Head of Marketing will lead the marketing team in building and delivering multi-channel campaigns to drive ticket sales, brand awareness and profitability.

What you’ll be accountable and responsible for:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Broadwick Live's business goals
- Lead the cross-platform campaign planning process, from strategic development to execution – for all Broadwick Live events, brands and projects.
- Define and evolve the Broadwick Live brand across various channels and platforms – e.g. social media, email, website, partnerships and all DTC marketing.
- Develop and deliver the long-term brand and audience growth strategy, in line with the business objectives.
- Build segmentation strategies and audience models that reflect real-world behaviours and cultural relevance.
- Ensure campaigns align with business objectives, brand positioning, commercial goals and audience development.
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Lead full-funnel campaign execution across digital and offline channels - driving acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Own paid media planning and buying across social, search, programmatic, OOH and affiliate platforms.
- Work closely with ticketing and commercial teams to maximise ROI, improve campaign performance and scale show sales.
- Build a data-led, test-and-learn culture to optimise media spend and performance outcomes.
CRM, Lifecycle & Tech Integration
- Own the CRM and lifecycle strategy across email, SMS and push - powered by Braze.
- Deliver segmented, personalised guest journeys that drive retention, engagement and long-term value.
- Collaborate across tech, ticketing and data teams to optimise the customer journey from acquisition to loyalty.
- Define personas, lifecycle triggers and data flows that support measurable CRM growth and engagement.
Brand Management & Content Creation
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and message for Broadwick Live and owned IP.
- Develop and oversee a bold, fast-moving content strategy across owned, earned and paid channels.
- Manage content and social teams to deliver culturally relevant, on-brand campaigns.
- Ensure every asset, post and activation supports broader strategic goals - from ticket sales to brand equity.
- Support PR, influencer and editorial initiatives aligned to campaign or growth objectives.
- Develop and deliver engaging and thought-provoking storytelling across social channels.
Team Leadership, Process & Finance Management
- Lead a high-performing team across brand, content, CRM and performance marketing, fostering a positive culture of creativity, collaboration and accountability.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Music, Design, Partnerships and Operations teams to achieve goals.
- Establish efficient systems, workflows and reporting structures to ensure delivery at pace.
- Own the marketing budget - planning, managing and reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual spend.
- Monitor ROI and ensure best-value partnerships with agencies and suppliers.
Commercial Results & Innovation
- Own core marketing KPIs across ticket sales, revenue, audience growth, engagement and ROI.
- Input into new product launches, digital experiences and brand partnerships from a marketing perspective.
- Identify growth opportunities through innovation, experimentation and cultural insight.
- Stay ahead of trends, technologies and behaviours to keep Broadwick at the forefront of the cultural sector.
You’ll need to have:
- 6+ years experience leading 360 integrated marketing campaigns across high-growth, commercially driven brands - ideally within live events, entertainment, DTC or e-commerce.
- Understanding of Broadwick Live’s unique position and role in the music and entertainment industry.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing, CRM and audience strategy, with a strong grasp of how to drive acquisition, retention and revenue.
- Confident managing large-scale budgets and delivering results across paid digital and offline media.
- Deep understanding of music culture (particularly electronic), audience segmentation and consumer behaviour.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise, problem-solve and lead teams in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting at C-Suite or Board level.
- A commercially minded approach - able to translate insights into clear, actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with sharp attention to detail.
- A curious, proactive mindset and a drive to continually learn, test and improve.
