Metaview is building an AI-first platform to establish a new, richer ground-truth for hiring. We’re using this ground-truth to radically enhance hiring workflows, data, and decisions.

We’re looking for a marketing leader to help further accelerate our rapid growth in the US, Europe, and beyond. This is a critical moment where startups are defining and winning new categories. You’ll be an instrumental part of both.
We grow through a mix of bottoms-up PLG and traditional top-down sales-led go-to-market motions, so having experience of both of these is vital. Ultimately, this role is about creating high-quality pipeline for both motions faster than any normal human-being would think possible, with a deep empathy for how different personas like to experience and buy B2B software.
To make this happen, the Head of Marketing will:
Own the number. Decide how much resource to put behind which channels/campaigns, and take responsibility for making them a success.
Lead the efforts to take our highly-efficient inbound engine that powers our PLG motion to the next level, through a mix of organic and paid methods.
Work out how marketing can be most impactful in helping us win enterprise pipeline, then build the playbooks around these learnings.
Leave the market with no doubt that Metaview is the most innovative, most loved, and highest quality product in the category through orchestrating world-class product launches and other lightning strikes.
Lead, and grow, a team of marketers at the top of their game and intent on making this a career-defining moment in their career.
Fundamentally, we have the best product in an emerging market that is still being shaped in people’s minds. The Head of Marketing will be central in determining how we shape our customers’ understanding of the market, and how we win the category.
10+ years experience in demand gen and/or product marketing. A significant portion of that in B2B, with exposure to a mix of product-led and sales-led growth. Startup experience is a big plus.
