As a HubSpot Technical Specialist at Fuelius, you'll be at the heart of our client success, leveraging your expertise to implement and optimise HubSpot CRM systems. Your role involves hands-on configuration, development of custom solutions, and ongoing management of HubSpot portals to meet our clients' unique needs.
You'll be responsible for creating efficient workflows, managing data migrations, and integrating HubSpot with other systems. Your technical prowess will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and developing innovative solutions. Working closely with our team and clients, you'll ensure that each HubSpot implementation drives real business value, supporting sales and marketing campaigns through strategic use of the platform's features.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality HubSpot implementations, including initial setup and ongoing optimisation
- Design and build custom workflows, objects, and properties to meet specific client requirements
- Manage complex data migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption
- Integrate HubSpot with other business systems and platforms using APIs and third-party tools
- Create and refine sales and marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client HubSpot portals
- Conduct regular audits of client portals to identify improvement opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with HubSpot's latest features and best practices, applying them to client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned delivery of client solutions
- Document technical processes and maintain clear records of all implementations and changes
Essential Requirements:
- Proven (2-3 years) hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
- HubSpot certifications (the more, the merrier!)
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and optimising HubSpot portals
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices
- Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, custom objects, and properties in HubSpot
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues within HubSpot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
