About the role:

We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team of talented, customer-centric, collaborative PMMs. In this role, you will be a key member of a global, cross-functional team based across the US and Europe. Your focus will be on collaborating with our Product Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive new customers acquisition, product adoption, customer retention and expansion across both our core product and our add-ons. Your work will be mostly project and experiment-based, and one that is very strategic to Aircall’s future growth trajectory. This is a senior, expert-level role - you will be an Individual Contributor, but act as a Leader within the team and across other functions through your expertise and exemplary work ethics.

*This position can be based hybrid in our NYC office or remotely from an EST time zone.

In this role, you will:

    • Become an expert in our product, our market, and especially our customers and buyers, and be able to articulate our value proposition to different customer segments
    • Get very familiar with how our product is used by different customer segments, and be able to use this information to inform go-to-market strategies and other initiatives
    • Spearhead the go-to-market strategy of new growth initiatives such new subscription plan launches
    • Find ways to boost new customers acquisition by leveraging our product, for example via interactive product demos
    • Implement product-led initiatives that will drive our customers to purchase add-ons or upgrade to a better plan
    • Contribute to building and optimizing our product experience for conversion throughout our free trial, onboarding, and add-on trial flows
    • Make sure internal teams like Sales and Customer Success have the resources they need to support our expansion and upselling efforts
    • Contribute to the product roadmap planning by understanding market needs and helping prioritize initiatives and enhancements that will impact acquisition, expansion and retention
    • Contribute competitive insights - as any other product, we don’t exist in a vacuum, and being competitor-aware is a must!
    • Stay positive, solution oriented and creative  

What we’re looking for:

    • Outstanding English written, verbal and presentation skills
    • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Product or Product Marketing within the tech industry
    • Proven project management skills, especially in dynamic startup or scaleup environments
    • A proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
    • A data-informed mindset and an ability to set measurable objectives
    • A proactive communicator who is excited to take initiative
    • A left- and right-brain thinker who is both creative and analytical
    • An excellent storyteller who understands how to tailor a message to meet an audience’s needs
    • A globally-minded person who enjoys working with a diverse group of international colleagues 
$160,000 - $180,000 a year
This is not including a bonus, equity, and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location and experience.
